 This is the second stage of the cleaning process. Here your rug (carpet) is being soaked with water and a mild PH balanced detergent. The entire process is done by hand and gentle mechanical brushing with luke warm water and a mild detergent. The rug (carpet) is washed in fresh water (NOT RECYCLED). During the third stage of the process your rug (carpet) is going through our rinse cycle.
Here your rug (carpet) is being rinsed using approximately 2000 gallons of clean (Not Recycled) water per hour to eliminate soap residue, dirt and soil. This process helps reduce allergy symptoms. In the fourth stage your rug (carpet) is fed through two massive ringers at 140 p.s.i. to squeeze the water out of the rug. At this point an inspection takes place. If we are not satisfied with the results we repeat stages 2 through 4 until a satisfactory result is achieved, at no EXTRA cost to you. In the fifth and final stage your rug (carpet) is sent up into our drying tower. This is a temperature and humidity controlled environment. Your rug (carpet) is hung from one end—the same way you see it in stores. This means your rug will retain its original shape.
